Help with install

[5hulses]

I am trying to install Office 2000 Premium on Windows XP Professional and all
I get is "The System cannot read from the specifed device". I have put the
same disk on my other computer (using Windows98 SE) and it works fine. I
have nothing else running except trying to load "Office". How can I see if
their is a conflict? Would that be the answer?
