help with macro

I need to create a macro that compares the number of hours an employee worked
to the list below to determine employee cost for Ind or Family.
If someone works 37 hrs their cost would be 45.73 or 101.40. Any help would
be great.

I would first invert the table so the least number of hours is at the top.

I would then insert the odd-valued hours like 21,23, etc.

At that point you can use VLOOKUP() to locate the data for any hour amoutn.
