Help with multiple email accounts on Exchange Server

I posted this a few days ago and I still need help. What is the best/easiest
way to set this up? These are separate mailboxes on our Exchange Server. I
need to access them in my Outlook. Thanks.

We just switched our email from our ISP to an internal Exchange Server.
Previously I had two generic email accounts (Comments and Chairman) that I
had coming directly into my account. I set up a rule that had them move the
messages to a designated folder when they arrived. How can I do this with
Exchange? If I try to set up another email account it tells me "Outlook only
supports one Exchange Server account at a time". I am using Exchange and
Outlook 2003.

I guess I was just trying to figure out which of the various ways described
in those instructions made the most sense for my needs. I can't figure out
whether all messages to Comments and Chairman should be forwarded to my
mailbox (and then sorted with a rule), or if I should just have all three
mailboxes in my Outlook. I was able to get the other two mailboxes to show in
Outlook, but I was unable to open them.

What is the preferred way of doing this? Your advice is appreciated.

I don't know your working methods so it is hard to make any recommendations
what is the best method for you. In a typical collaboration and delegate
scenario you would simply connect to the additional mailboxes so you can all
access it.

Verify with the owner of the mailbox that the appropriate permissions has
been set so that you can open the mailboxes.

I am the person who manages all three mailboxes. I guess my problem with
opening the additional two mailboxes is that I don't know where to go to give
myself the permissions for the other two.

I've got it set on my server now to automatically forward incoming email to
my regular mailbox, then I have a rule sending the messages to a folder
called "Chairman" if the message is sent to the Chairman. The problem with
this is that anything that is BCC'd still ends up in my inbox. I guess what I
really want to do is have three separate mailboxes running in my Outlook. How
do I set the permissions for me to be able to open these other two mailboxes?

Thanks.
