Help with multiple managers

Apparently multiple managers within the Organization Chart Drawing
environment are not supported by Visio, but is there a way around this, so
that I can profit from the other features within this environment AND can
connect two managers next to each other and one below those two without one
connection disappearing...

I tried comparing shapesheets but I am not able to connect two, or more for
that matter, managers to one manager under the group of managers.

I would say there is a way around this or a way to disable this feature, but
how????

When yong, I was working under many managers who had only me.
It was too hard to say the organization.
My idea is to trun the drawing or shapes 180 degrees.

Try using the "Dotted Line Connector" from the Organization Chart stencil
for the second manager.

Indeed that works... Thnx!, but Im still frustrated that I couldn't find
where that feature comes from, and how to kill it ofcourse...
Even more I can't think of any reasons why one would not use this
feature as an option instead of something permanently...
