help with my CV

Raheela

Hi, i am encounter a problem while using the Ms word CV templates,
have used the header of that template and removed all other informatio
that was on the CV template, after that i used my own material by Cu
and paste from my other C Vs by doing that the first page is differen
from other pages because it has designed header and i have a table o
the same page and some part of that table has gone to the other pag
while there is still space on the first page, and when i click on th
space to bring things to the first page then automatically header an
footer selects, and on that empty space ruler is not showing as well.
please if some one know and can find the fault i would be thank full fo
their time in advance,

raheel

It isn't quite clear what you are trying to do or what the symptoms are,
exactly.

The reason why the table is split between pages could be that you are in fact
dealing with two tables, separated by a manual page break.

To see what is going on, show nonprinting marks: Click the ¶ button on the
Standard toolbar (Word 97-2003) or on the Home tab (Word 2007-2010). If there is
a paragraph mark (¶) and/or a page break separating the table rows, you have two
tables. You can delete paragraph mark(s) to merge the tables back into one.

If there is only one table, take a look at
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfms/ControlPgBrksInTables.htm.

Are you saying that removing manual page breaks doesn't make a difference?

Are there tables inside headers (or footers)? Or what is stored in those areas?
