help with my file please

I have a long document but it's size must be 250-350kb but
one of my file shows 10.7 mb. Don't understand why... When
I tried to delete everytext etc from it the size didn't
not decresed. At one point I deleted everything and it has
still same size so I copied all text and pasted in new one
the size is 230kb now.Why it was 10.7mb for the previous
one??

Probably it had become corrupted somehow....especially possible if you had
"allow fast saves" checked under Tools | Options, Save tab.

The first way to check for a corrupt document is to
copy the entire thing, *excluding* the last paragraph mark, into a new
document. That last paragraph mark holds a lot of information which can get
corrupted, and copying the text into a document with a fresh one keeps your
formatting, but can fix some glitches.

Perhaps you effectively did that, in your copying and pasting? You might
want to do it again, just in case.

A paragraph mark is a gray ¶. Click on ¶ on the standard toolbar to show
nonprinting characters, including paragraph marks.
