Help with opening .vcf files!

Hi there, I'm trying to open .vcf files that are sent to
me and am having trouble changing the default program
from Palm to Msoft Outlook.

I've tried to change it in Tool, Folder Options but there
is no Outlook to select from the programs and when I try
to select Outlook.exe it doesn't work.

I would appreciate another fix.

First I would save the file to your desktop -
Then:
Left-click once on the file so it is highlighted.
Then hold down the shift key and right-click on the file
at the same time. There should be a "open with" option in
the menu. That should take you to where you can select
Outlook.
