Help with outlook express

Hi!
I need to restore old messages from Outlook Express 4 in Outlook Ex 5. I
saved all the files under the windows\application data\... directory, but i
can't restore them in outlook, because the extension is different (idx and
mbx instead of dbx) and using File->import->messages doesn't work...
Do you know how I can do that?Using some program or anything else?
