Help with Outlook Express???

This is the closest that I could get to a newsgroup for Outlook Express. I
am hoping someone can help me. I just got a new PC (FINALLY!!). How do I
get all the e-mails on my old PC over to my new PC? Do I have to save them
to a disk or something? If this is the case, where do I go on my PC to find
them to save them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
