Help with Programing

I don´t know how to title my problem, but the fact is that in the startup
options I selected that I just wanted a form at the startup and I disabled
the options of Menu and changing posibilities. the thing is that now that i
open my project or database I have no options to modify or add any other form
nor object because i simply dont have the control panel of my databse. I just
get the form I selected to be my startup frame. What can I do?

Hold shift while opening the file and all of those startup options are
circumvented.
