help with publisher business card printing

my business card setting is set to same size as Avery 5371/8371. when i
print, one time the cards print correctly; other times the horizontal
spacing is always correct, but the vertical spacing sometimes begins printing
at the top of the business card page instead of the top spacing settings that
are set.
