Help with queries

I have a database for a FD that duty reports
are generated on. I am looking to generate monthly
reports listing various stats. I'm not sure how to
design a couple of the queries. It would be easier if I
could e-mail the database program to whomever is willing
to assist, so you can see what I have. If anyone is
