Help with RBS configure

I don't know how to configure the following RBS:

Management -> Department 1 -> Department 1.1
-> Department 1.2
-> Department 2 -> Department 2.1

and so on. We want that resources of Department X will be viewed by all
Departments. How
to do it?

Why do you want to split the departments out? Why don't you just set up a
three tier structure then?

Management > Dept Management > Dept Resources

The trick to pulling off an RBS is not to make it too complicated or try to
mirror exactly the organizational structure.

The problem is that users with RBS Management.Department 1.Department 1.1
will not be able to view projects of users with RBS Management.Department
2.Department 2.1.

Is there possible with your advise? Can I realize it with Category
Permissions and Group Permissions?

So you want the projects to be split out by department, but the resources
to be lumped together in the resource center?

Off hand, I would set up two tiers in the RBS: Corporation > Department (1,2,3,etc.)
Assign the resources accordingly. Then set up two categories:

My Organization - Check the bottom two options in the project permissions,
make sure to toggle to "only the projects indicated"
My Resources - Leave default.

That should achieve what you're looking for.
