Help with rebaselining: MSP 2003

Hi,

I would like to rebaseline my schedule using any one of the alternatives
below, I have checked MS Project 2003's Help and Teresa Stover's book, but
have not found any information.
Set BCWS = BCWP and then Plan BCWS to BAC
Set BCWS = ACWP and then Plan BCWS to new EAC

I'd appreciate any help you can give.
