help with security settings

Hi
My IE willnot log on to my hotmail email or any email
except the webmail at this siet www.mail.com ..I tried
aol email and verizon emails none of them will work!!!
i keep getting ..page cannot display because of security
settings and also it says that the page cannot call the
active x on that page because of security settings.
I revised the security settings in internet option
security tab and everything is OK just like the
instruction in one of the IE support pages said.
I had installed some games few days ago ..Before
everything was working OK.
Please help me figure out the problem
