HELP with server error?

When I click under tools and then JIMCO addins and then meta tag - and then
try to add the AUTHOR tag to all the pages in the site, it goes thru the
whole site, appearing that it is doing it, but then at the end I get this
error:

Run Time error '-2147418105(800 10007)':

Automation error
The callee (server (not server application)) is not available and
disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call may have executed.

then I click ok, and it shuts down FP

does anyone know why this happens??
