Hello,
We have created a form in excel allowing senior technical staff to give
agents feedback on escalations. We have used the template wizard to copy
the fields from the forms onto a spreadsheet.
This is how it works:
(1) Response for completed by senior technician
(2) Save button pressed - central template update (template wizard)
(3) Form emailed to agent (so they can view the information)
How can I do step 3 automatically.(i.e a macro). so you push a button or
press control k and the form is emailed to the agent. i.e.
(i) the form is copied in to an email. the subject line completed. Sending
to - completed (all this information is on the spreadsheet) CC -completed.
(ii) The form is sent.
(iii) The central spread sheet is updated
(iv) A new form is presented to the agent.
Any ideas on how I can do this.
Thanks
Ron.
