HELP!!! With UNREAD SENT ITEMS

Hello:

I have a few VP's that are some special, managing their mailboxes, and only
by needing the calendar sharing, they work with Exchange pofile and they
have their old pst storing all their inbox mail, sent items, etc.,
everything works perfect but they want their sent items in their OLD PST, so
I created a rule than every time than they send a mail, a copy is stored in
the PST "sent items", and configured that Outlook doesn't save a copy in
Exchange Sent Items.

It works perfect, but... the mails applied by the rule put in Sent Items,
are marked as UNREAD, and those VP's have problems dealing with sent items
marked as UNREAD, and want to go back with old sent items in their pst, but
need to be sharing their Calendar with their team..

I need help to know how to mark those mails stored in the PST as READ
inmediatelly the mail "arrives" to that folder.

Or

How to move automatically the mails from Exchange Sent Items to PST Sent
Items automatically

(it doesn't matter if i need to use a macro, anything... am with a huge
headache with this problem)
