Reading all CAPS is actually harder to read - known fact. If you're using OE
to view the newsgroups then try: View | Text Size > Largest
| Seeing I'm not from Nebraska and I have sight problems I always type in
caps
| to make sure I didn't do a typo. So no screaming here just wish they would
