Help with view

Top of the evening,
suddenly the upper and lower margin is not showing on the screen. If I go
to print preview it looks normal but when it is not in the preview mode I
only see the center part of the document. The left and right margins seem
normal.

What did I do and how do I undo it.

Tools > Options > View, check the box for "White space between pages
(Print view only)".

As a shortcut, move the cursor just below the horizontal ruler, where
it becomes a rectangle with two arrows, and click once.
