Help With Visio 2000

Hello,

I have come to this discussion group in the event that someone out there has
experience with Visio. The Visio user group is not frequented as much as the
Office group is.

I have 2 questions I would appreciate help with in Visio 2000

1) Where is the swim lane shape located in the process flow chart shapes or
is it located somewhere else?

2) I have created a Visio diagram, and upon opening the document all the
process boxes have moved to the bottom of the diagram in a very compressed
manner (they are all on top of each other)

Please advise.
