Help with Word document

I am a college student and I did not hand my essay in on time but I told my
tutor i had done it so I changed the dates and now have been askd to give my
essay on USB so IT services can investigate and I just want to know if they
can find out using any kind of software.

Yes, there are several easy methods to find out what they want. But this is
off topic for this group - my suggestion is to post less to news groups and
spend more time getting your assignments done on time.

BAD IDEA. Yes, it is easy to tell the real date and lying to your tutor that
it was done is going to come back to bite you in the arse. My suggestion:
'Fess up.
