Help with Word Format -

I created and "email" flyer in word, using drawing toolbar features and now
want to save the document and just cut and paste into emails.
Word won't let me just copy and paste the enitre document and paste into the
body of an email. How can i save this as a master doc and then cut and paste
the whole thing to use when i want? Thx for any help!!!
