Help Wizard and Index in Access 2002 Visual Basic Mode won't work.

I currently use access 2002. I am having a problem with the Visual Basic
Help Screen. It won't allow me to enter specific search criteria when using
the answer wizard or "Type Keywords" in the Index tab. All other functions
work properly. I did a reinstall but same problem surfaced.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
