Help won't start....

even after a complete re-install of all of FP2K from the OEM CD.

Is there some place that the Help might have gotten turned off?

The icon appears in the bar at the bottom of the screen, but if clicked (or
double clicked), instead of opening the Help, the icon just blinks.

Is anyone out there?

When you say complete reinstall, did to select custom and see which components were being installed to disc?
Also try installing w/ a log to see if there are any errors
