HELP!!!!

Hi,

I have a problem and need a clear solution. Hopefully someone on this site
will be able to help.

In the summer I made a computer for my girlfriend and installed the beta
version of Office 2007. She loves it, but as the deadline is coming up on
its use we've decided it has to go. Only problem is she lives 5 hours away
and doesn't have a clue.

Now I'm not running Office 2007 to investigate how to uninstall and
reinstall while keeping all files ok.

Basically the most important thing for her is her email. I've got her to
save word docs etc in old versions so they should all be fine.

What I'm after is a step by step guide.

1. How to back-up the email in Outlook 2007.

2. How to uninstall Office 2007

3. Can Office 2003 then be installed as normal?

4. How to get all those emails back in 2003 - she's really worried about
this one...she has everything nicely organised, etc.

Help would be great...as much detail as pos. - I just know she'll run into
trouble and end up calling me expecting all the answers.
