call it a shadow because it is grey lige an option that is not allowed It
stays there untio I refersh the screen. I can get rid of it by going back to
a safe point but it eventually comes back again. Any thoughts?

No, I didn't. However, I made a new discovery. If I close the search bar
before closing Outlook, the shadow search bar doesn't appear on thedesktop!!!
