help!!

i have now called both sony and microsoft, I need the
product key to microsoft office word 2003, i do not have
one, i'm a college student who needs to write papers but
can't because word won't work on my computer!!

Is your copy of Word a retail version (that you bought), or did it come
installed on your computer?

it came installed in the computer, but the microsoft
people said to come on this and ask for the 25 digit
product key, i desperately need it!!

If anyone at Microsoft suggested that you ask for a CD here, you should
