recieved a document on word can i fill out the document and email back to hat
person when i try to type its tells me document locked help

The person who created that form may have made a mistake. Have you asked
them to check to see if it is protected?

The other reason could be that you have an expired trial version of Word. If
that's the case, it's time to buy it.
