There is a particular document I use in Word 2000 and
always run into the same problem. The document is actually
a mail merge (catalog) result that can be several pages.
To get to the point, I have page numbering set up in the
footer. When I view the pages on my computer they
say "Page 1 of 8", "Page 2 of 8" and so on. However, every
time I print them, they come out "Page 1 of 1", "Page 2 of
2" and so on. I have tried creating a brand new document,
printing on different printers and such. But, so far, no
luck! Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Carrie
