Sometimes this can be caused if document was last printed
on a different printer than the one you are trying to
print it on now. When document was saved, that print
driver was saved with the file. Go to printer setup and
choose the printer you are trying to print it on. Then
try printing again.

The printer selection is *not* saved with the document in Word.
