HELP!!!

I now have a blue background in all my word documents. I have hit something from one of the drop down menus on the top of the document window and I don't know what I hit or how to get rid of this. I want just the plain paper view that is default with word 2000. Please if anyone can help with this and tell me what I hit to cause this and let me know how I can get this corrected please let me know. This is now with all my word documents I open. Tools > Options > General. "Blue background, white text" checkbox. I'd love
to hear from anyone who chooses this option deliberately!
