How can I prevent people going in to my macro coding and
changing them. I have to send templates to my clients but,
I want that if anyone try to go into macro and try to edit
it it ask for password first.

In the VBA editor's Project panel, select the project for your template.
Open the Tools > Porject Properties dialog. Go to the Protection tab. Check
the box for "Lock project for viewing" and enter your password twice. OK the
dialog, save, and close the template.

Tip: Always keep an unlocked copy of the template that you don't send to the
client. Then if you lose the password, you won't have to worry about how to
get into your own code.
