Does anyone have a solution to this error?

Selected communication device does not exist

I am using entourage 2004, and the problem only occurs when using my dialup
and not my adsl. I cannot send or receive email.

I do not seem to be the only one

Any ideas?

this is because MS added something called TLS authentication to the
new version of entourage
