HELP!

I have exactly the same problem and everything I tried does not work.
I certainly want to keep with Thunderbird and Word for Mac. Surely
someone has sorted this simple problem out and has a workaround or fix
by now. I thought the Mozilla set up was truly open source so there
has to be a genious out there that can fix this "greyed out" business!

We have no idea what you are talking about.

Please understand that most people reading here are reading on several
different servers in a different sequence, so when you send a post that
simply says "Help!" and "I have exactly the same problem..." we have no idea
what you're talking about.

Sorry: But a fully-expressed question along with the version numbers of
what you're using will get you lots of help in here.

But right now all we can say is "Insufficient information, can't answer."
