help...

I had installed Teacher/Student Edition of Word, etc.
into my computer when I first bought it. Not too long
ago my computer was found to have a defect and the whole
hard drive (?) had to be replaced. Therefore, Word has
to be re-installed. I have tried to do so but it won't
let me because it is already registered under "another
user" which is me. Is there a number I can call to re-
activate my Word, Excel, Outlook, & Powerpoint? I still
have the original packing which includes the ID number,
etc. It just won't accept it... frustrating... :)
Thank you for all your help.
