I have a strange situation. I have office 2000 loaded and
until today it worked fine. Now when I start up my
computer, I get an error "this application must be
installed to run, Please run Setup from the location where
you orginally installed the application" although, all
the files are there. I get the same error when I try to
run any of the office apps. But they will start up, and
seconds later the error comes up.

I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall, but I get
errors on both ends. It will not uninstall becasue it
does not think I am running office. And it will not
reinstall because it says that it can not open key.

All sugestions are welcome. Thanks.
