Sam
I would like to copy or export my emails from outlook 2003 to outlook 2000
so I just got these steps from help menu in outlook 2003
Export rules
1.. 1.. Click Export Rules.
2.. In the File name box, type the path and file name for the set of
rules you want to export.
3.. If you want to export a file that contains only rules that are
compatible with a previous version of Outlook, in the Save as type list,
select Outlook 2002 Compatible Rules Wizard rules, Outlook 2000 Compatible
Rules Wizard rules, or Outlook 98 Compatible Rules Wizard rules.
4.. Click Save.
But now I don't know what I have to do after this to export, I mean how and
to paste it on outlook 2000 to read them. So please can tell
Thanks
