OK SO I DOWNLOADED THE TRIAL VERSION AND ENTERED THE PRODUCT KEY. SAID ALL
WAS OK THEN WHEN I WENT TO USE THE PROGRAMS IT SAID MY TRIAL VERSION EXPIRED
EVEN THO I JUST INSTALLED IT. WHATS UP WITH THAT. I DID THE DIAGNOSTIC THING

See if you can locate the (hidden) file opa12.dat, recycle it,
restart the PC and try to activate Office 2007 again.

wat exactly do you mean recycle it. i want to be sure so i dont mess up the
comp. thanks

Delete/Send the opa12.dat file to the recycle bin in Windows once you've located it using (in Windows XP) Start=>Search [and you may
need to include the advanced feature there to search for hidden files as well] :)
