help!!!

I am struggling with my powerpoint presentation in two areas:

1. I have graphics (customized animation) that pop up with my sound file.
I have them timed to appear at the right time. Now, is there anyway to make
the previous graphic disappear as the next one appears?

2. I have sound files which I have converted to .wav files and embedded in
the presentation. When I try to email my presentation from my desktop to my
laptop the sound files still will not play. Does anyone have any experience
with problems such as these?

1)
To make things disappear you really need powerpoint 2002 or higher. previous
versions could not make something 'go' from the slide.
The only way to 'fake' a graphic disappearing is to make more than one
slide - on the 2nd slide, the graphic is removed.

1. Assuming you are using PPT XP-2003-2007, you can set an image to
disappear using an EXIT animation. Just set the selected exit animation to
WITH PREVIOUS.

2. You are on the right track. PPT will only embed .wav files. But the
default setting is to embed files that are less than 50k (eg. really small).
