Help!

Im wondering if I can use Microsoft Project 98 a certain
way and how to go about it.

This is what I need done.

I have four pages of info that need to lead into each
other, so that when I update the first page it all causes
a ripple effect to the other three pages.

Gathering Info -> Schedule -> Work Complete -> Invoice

What I mean, is say I change the date or square foot info
on one page it will automatically update the rest of the
pages with the appropriate changed info.

Is this possible? If so, how do I go about doing it? I am
computer stupid and need as much help as possible.

Thanks! :)

*If you don't get what I mean, just ask :)*

Simply by linking the tasks in a predecessor/successor relationship you can
change various values (duration, start date, finish date, etc.) and have the
impact of those changes to cascade through the remaining tasks.

I don't understand your use of "Square Foot" nor your use of "the rest of
the pages".

It is not easily possible using project. That is to say that if you change
the amount of work in some document, it will not automatically update the
project schedule and then update the invoice document. You can certainly
program project and perhaps access and word to do something like this, but
it would take a fair amount of knowledge and time to do it.

I think that doing this all within something like excel would be easier.
Though excel is not a very sophisticated scheduling tool it can provide some
scheduling functions. (see my website for an example
