help!

I am a beginning Access user and working on a project. I
can't figure out how to insert < 16 years of age into a
query so that the computer can read it. I know you have
to find out what number in the computer corresponds with
today, and then do something with 16*365=5840 but I don't
know what or how. Thank you for your time.

Not quite as there are leap years.
