HelpFile attribute suddenly doesn't work

My Access program has a help file and Help Context IDs that have been working
for several years. Now suddenly when I or users press F1, an error message
appears that the Help File does not exist, Contact Vendor for an updated Help
File.(129) Yesterday I replaced the help file name (cbw5.hlp) with the full
path (c:\cbw5\cbw5.hlp) and that worked in testing and after packaging.
Today it doesn't work and I get the "does not exist" message. Yet a user who
downloaded the updated program is getting the help linkage o.k. Any ideas?

I checked the .ini file, and something had wiped out all the Help Context ID
numbers. I retrieved a backup copy of the .ini file, recompiled, and
everything works as it should.
