Helpfiles missing when excel is exported to Labview using Excel200

I use Excel 2007 in Labview Programming. I use Excel "Methods and Properties"
in Labview Programs, but when I click on "Explaination for Methods and
Properties" that I use in my programm, no explaination appears. I tried to
install "VBAXL10" from Microsoft Office 2007 CD in the directory (of Vista
O.S.) C:\Programm files\Microsoft Office\Office 11\1033, but it says
Permission is denied. I sign-in as Administrator. Please! help me.
