Hex2Dec substitue?

Windows Mobile Excel does not have HEX2DEC.

I need to convert an 8 digit Hex number to decimal.
Anyone have a good way of doing this?

Here's one way to covert a hex number to decimal:

Number in C2

Enter this array formula in a cell as one line.

=SUM((16^(ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&LEN(C2)))-1))*CHOOSE(SEARCH(MID(C2,(LEN(C2)-
ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&LEN(C2)))+1),1),"0123456789ABCDEF"),0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15))

The formula must be entered with <Shift><Ctrl><Enter>, also
if edited later.
