We're not going to be much help because we're all database geeks in here.
Personally, I don't think you can get Internet Explorer 5.0 anymore. The
current Version (6.0) can be downloaded from these links:

Go here: http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp

Click the item that says "Scan for Updates" and look for an item called
"Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1". But what you should really
do is download and install everything on the "Critical Updates" list.
