1) I only put in the userID, not the path. But I do put in an indication of
which machine/application/site the password goes with. I put each on its own
line and indent the id and password.
2) Yes... The passwords are set to white because my password page is a white
page. If you are using a colored background for this page, you will need to
match the ink to the page color. (This is much harder.... so I don't
bother).
3) I don't do this in a table, but you easily could. Creating a table for
this is trivial in 2007, you use the Table menu to add a three column table
to the page. Put the indication information in one column, the userID in the
second, and the password in the third. This has the advantage of being able
to use the tags, since you can quickly apply a tag to a single cell in a
table. If you are using 2003, tables aren't nearly as nice... Let me know if
you need detailed directions for that and I will dig them out.
4) You got this one in one. I change the color of the text (or unapply the
tag). But as I typed this, I realized that I don't even need to do this. If
you copy the text and paste it in most password spots, the color won't
matter.
Hope this helps...
