hidden blank pages and invalid page fault on saving correction

Two probs..
1. If a landscape page is inserted into a word document of
several pages, a blank page is visible in print preview
but not in edit mode. Blank prints out, but cannot be
deleted!

2. A saved document when opened and altered will not
save.. Message is WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in
module MSO9.DLL at 016f:30a91745.

Any ideas? Please? Neil

The reason you're getting a blank page is that Word is changing your Next
Page section break to an Odd Page break (it's doing this as a favor to the
printer, which doesn't like to print portrait on the back of landscape).
With your insertion point in the section after the blank, go to the Layout
tab of Page Setup and change the section start back to "New page."
