Hidden Contacts

Hi,
I'm using PocketMac to sync with my bberry. I notice that a couple contacts are showing up on my blackberry but not in Entourage. I suspect that they are in Entourage as Entourage synchs automatically with Address book and the contacts are there. Also when I use the Filter to search for a name that I know is in the Contact list, I get a blank page even though I know the contact is in the database.

This also happens in tasks. Sometimes I have to try filtering twice before results show up. First it turns up blank, then I filter on something else, then I filter again on what I really want to look at before results show up. Can anyone explain what's happening?

You might want to purge the Exchange cache. Ctrl-click the name of your
account in the folder list and get to the properties. From there you can
purge the Exchange cache.

??? Tasks do not sync through Exchange. How do you sync?? Are you using
the Missing Sync or something like that?? If yes, it's a completely
different story and you need to give us more details on your setup,

Thanks very much for your response. Unfortunately I don't know what folder list you refer to. I've tried Ctrl-clicking several of what I think might be the folders within the Entourage side panels but nothing gives me a properties in the pop-up menu.

As for tasks. I do nothing special to synch. Everything synchs with Pocketmac.
