Hello,
I would ike to send a message to a group of contacts which are in one folder
in my address book but I don't want them to receive all the other email
addresses of everyone else. I don't have ccn on my mil header when I type
out a new one. I have tried put the group in via the address book but it
just won't come up with 'send as hidden copy' - How can I do this?
regards,
JacquieCC

Place them in the BCC field.

What version of Outlook are you using? Do you have a View menu option? If
yes, then click on View and see if their is a BCC option.

I am not very familiar with .mil setups of Outlook with Exchange. I believe
they use a different system than regular SMTP exchange accounts, right?

With Outlook as the editor; View-> BCC
With Word as the editor; little down arrow on Options-> BCC

For either editor; press the To button to bring up a screen where you can
all fields.

Hi, thanks everyone - I use the CC button and then am able to get a hidden
copy insert on the mail - is there no way I can make this a permenant field
on new mails?

Yes, follow the instruction we have given you. From, To, CC, BCC are default
fields for me; no problem.
